Statement pendant made from sterling silver and 18 carat gold.
The silver has been etched by hand and has an intricate texture and pattern and little buttons of 18 carat gold have been added to contrast against the darkened silver colour.
The components are fully articulated and move effortlessly. The piece is finished with a hand made sterling silver catch.
The silver has been oxidized to highlight the pattern and gold. This item is one of a kind, similar pieces can be commissioned to order.
The inspiration for this piece came from an aeonium plant which grows in my coastal garden.
